A quick overlook at what we do
Answer back to back calls resolving issues
Multi-task while on the phone ? resolve the issue while maintaining a short call time
Troubleshoot issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software and networking
Solve problems that may be unstructured and require use of conceptual thinking skills
Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport
Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance

High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age
All Applicants must have open availability Monday - Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday 9a-6p for Full-Time 40 hours a week. You will be on a set schedule once you have graduated from training.
Competitive base pay starting at $12.00/hour plus monthly incentive pay based on your performance (NO SALES)
Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K) after 90 days of employment
Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually after one year of employment.

Accountable for recognizing and recommending when there are needs-based up-sell & cross-sell opportunities. Can proactively apply the offering capabilities to the customer situation; recommend additional offerings and speak broadly about all Intuit offerings while also exploring additional details as customer need arises.

All applicants will have to complete a computer skills test, an assessment, and a typing test. Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
